The property has a neat and tidy kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove and microwave and an adjacent comfortable living area with a large built in logburner, TV, Stereo and Video. An adjacent but seperate glassed family room with tiled flooring has another dining table & chairs and comfortable casual chairs ideal for catching up on the morning papers. There are 3 bedrooms, one as a main with enusite (separate bath and shower) second bedroom with a set of bunks (i.e. 2 singles) and the third upstairs with a Double and a Single bed. On the landing upstairs, there is also a Double Sofa bed (though not a true bedroom as such). There is a single detached garage with an enclosed room that sleeps another two. The home is approximately 20 mins walk to town and there is a BBQ area out the back off the deck. A good all round family holiday home. |
